Nohk (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of Swing Ping Pong (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, why it is processed, and what choices may be available to you.

1. General Principles

Swing Ping Pong does not require a user account or registration.

The Developer does not require users to provide direct personal identifiers such as a name, phone number, postal address, or email address in order to use the App.

However, the App uses Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising, and the App may transmit temporary game and connection data when an external display, browser, or remote rendering feature is used.

2. Information Processed by the App

2.1 Motion and Sensor Data

The App may process motion sensor information so that a phone can be used like a table tennis paddle.

This may include:

• acceleration, rotation, orientation, and related motion information;
• calculated values used to detect swings and game impacts.

This information is primarily processed on the device for gameplay input.

The Developer does not use motion sensor data to identify users or create advertising profiles.

2.2 External Display / Remote Rendering Data

If you use a feature that sends the game to an external browser, TV, or other display, the App may transmit temporary gameplay information such as:
